What is your lead capture process?

"We have a form that is on our website that brings people in. It's so easy because before we even get in touch with the prospective client, they're in our Dubsado system, we know all about them, and it's easy for us to take the next step in closing the deal."

What is your onboarding process?

"After we have our initial discussion with the client, we send over a proposal (which also links to our contract and invoice). The best part of the proposal process is that we imbed our invoice into the proposal...no one would know, it looks so chic! It saves me so much time - I never have to type anything out twice.

Once the proposal is signed and the retainer is collected, we send out an onboarding email. That email includes the client portal link, and the portal is populated with all of the forms and questionnaires we need the client to complete before we get started on our designs. One of the things I've heard from my other stationer friends is that their platforms don't allow sharing portals with multiple people. Dubsado makes it SO easy with one link that can be shared to whomever, which is important in the wedding business as most often multiple parties are involved in the design and in payments."
