The projects list is now a fully customizable workspace. View your projects as a table or Kanban board. Find what you need instantly and organize your work exactly how you want it.

Messages: A real inbox (finally!)

Your long-awaited streamlined inbox experience is here. Manage all your client communication from one place, with:

  • Centralized access across all of your client and projects, organized neatly into Inbox, Sent, and Archive folders

  • Detachable composer that travels with you across the product—start an email in one place, finish it in another

  • Rich threading that makes conversations easy to follow

  • Built-in templating with Dubsado’s powerful canned emails baked directly into the experience

  • Flexible scheduled sending so you can finally pick exactly when you want to send

  • Email reassignment to move messages between projects at any time, even after initial assignment— keep client communications exactly where they belong

Invoicing: Everything in one place

All your billing tools are now together into a single, coherent experience outside of projects, making getting paid simpler and faster.

  • Invoices and recurring invoices

  • Powerful transaction views leveraging the new table and filtering system

  • Time tracking integration

  • Packages, discounts, and payment plans

  • Uninterrupted autopay editing—modify invoice amounts, dates, or project details without stopping scheduled payments. Give clients flexibility without sacrificing reliable income.

Time tracking: Always at hand

Track your time and earnings effortlessly with the new global time tracker, always accessible from the top bar wherever you go in Dubsado. Add a project, set a rate, and track your time in money earned—not just minutes. Time entries appear exactly where you'd expect them, seamlessly integrated throughout the product.

Calendar & Scheduling: Familiar and powerful

We've rebuilt the calendar from the ground up to look and feel like the calendar products you already know and love, making it easier than ever to stay on top of your bookings and commitments.

  • Multiple views—month, week, day, and upcoming events.

  • Easy filtering to show or hide event types

  • Keyboard shortcuts for quick navigation

  • Inline editing and pop-up details for efficient event management

  • Improved scheduler availability—easily manage availability for templates, create one-off slots, and see exactly how your upcoming availability is configured

  • Invite your clients calendars directly from Dubsado - Clients will now get an invite directly to their calendar after scheduling with you, and that event will stay in sync if they decline it.

Flows: Clarity and possibility (previously known as “workflows”)

Automation is now easier to visualize than ever. The new node-based builder gives you a clear view of every step, so you can confidently design your client experience by seeing exactly how it all fits together.
