For all new trials starting on November 17: you will automatically begin your journey in Dubsado 3.0.
For current users that join before Nov 17: We’re rolling out access to Dubsado 3.0 in waves between November 17–21 to ensure a smooth transition for everyone. You’ll receive an opt-in invite via your Dubsado account when it’s your turn to explore the new experience.

Yes! Everything in your account… projects, forms, invoices, workflows, and client information will transfer automatically into Dubsado 3.0. You won’t lose anything in the move.

You can use both versions side by side for now using separate URL links.
We’ll be sunsetting 2.0 sometime in 2026, but you’ll get plenty of advance notice before that happens.

Starting December 1, 2025 at 3:01pm PT, new pricing will take effect for new Dubsado subscriptions.
If you’re already a paid user (or join before then), your rate stay exactly as they are, and 3.0 is included at no extra cost.

Starting November 17th, all new trials will begin directly inside Dubsado 3.0. These new trials will include a 21-day free trial period, giving you full access to explore and set up your business in the new experience.
If you currently have an existing Dubsado trial in 2.0 before Nov 17th, you have two options:
Opt into Dubsado 3.0 - and your trial will automatically extend to 45 days, so you have extra time to explore the new platform. Note, that if you switch back to 2.0, the clock will continue ticking.
Stay in Dubsado 2.0 - and you’ll remain on your current free plan (up to 3 clients) with no change.

No. All new features and updates will be built exclusively in Dubsado 3.0 moving forward.Dubsado 2.0 will remain available until sometime in 2026 (don't worry, you'll get plenty of notice beforehand), but it will not receive further feature releases. If you want access to the newest tools, improvements, and enhancements, you’ll find them all in Dubsado 3.0.
