What is your lead capture process?

"I don't use a Lead Capture Form. I have the scheduler link on my website to book an appointment. Once the appointment is booked, the automated emails do their magic by sending a confirmation and a reminder to potential clients. It's so easy, and I love it!"

What is your onboarding process?

"Once a potential client has a Discovery Call with me and share that they need more time, I send over a proposal, a contract, and an invoice. If they decide to work with me, I send over a pre-created email that contains a New Client Questionnaire Form. They also get notified of their new portal login information, and I apply the Client Portal Login Form and the Client Portal Instruction Guide to their portal. After they complete the forms, I send over the scheduler link to have a Strategy Call, and then we start our work together. Dubsado makes everything streamlined, and my clients love the process!"

What is your client management process?

"I don't use the workflows because I have small clientele, and I like to go in and do everything directly. I like that I can go into their portal and see exactly what they see. I typically just keep up with invoices and most of the emails in Dubsado. I especially love that I can add one-time links in their portal like my personal Zoom ID, a link to their content calendar, and a link to my scheduler when we meet monthly. I don't have to send them the same information over and over; they can just refer to their portal for everything. I especially love that I can see when emails are read or not."

What is your payment process?

"My clients pay through Square in Dubsado. I love being able to have everything linked to my bank and Dubsado. The notifications help tremendously!"
